Oatmeal Cookies

Servings: 4 dozen using our Medium Cookie Scoop
Ingredients:
1 cup butter softened(2 sticks)
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips*
2 1/2 cups of Quick Oats
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla mixing until well combined.
A little at a time fold the flower mixture into the wet ingredients.
Then fold in Chocolate Chips and Quick Oats.
Scoop dough and drop onto a baking sheet. Cook 8-10 minutes

*Change up the cookies- Add Mini M&M's, crushed walnuts, or raisins too.
